Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on the twenty-fifth of September, this year. The meeting was chaired by HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in attendance.

Upon the call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were examined and approved with no amendments.

  • Treasurer Miller, gave a brief financial overview outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
  • Several homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed tennis court construction and parking maintenance.
  • Association members addressed the homeowner's questions, providing updates about the plans.

After the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for October , at a later date.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is presently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to strengthen the value of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to yard maintenance, noise ordinances, and parking regulations.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments carefully and provide their suggestions by September 1st.
  • A public forum will be arranged on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by adding trees, cleaning up public spaces, and promoting a sense of ownership.

We're currently working on various projects, including the revitalization of our lakefront area. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly wonderful place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.

A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's homes, and foster a safer sense of community. Sessions will be held regularly to coordinate efforts.
